Information is used solely to deliver our services, communicate with you about your engagement, and improve the quality of our work. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not share it with third parties except service providers directly necessary to deliver our work (e.g., email infrastructure), and we do not profile you for purposes outside your engagement.
Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a period of 24 months for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes. Audit request data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@serply.io.
